Who are we?
We’re The Resolver Group…we solve problems and create solutions that are tailored custom to your specific case. We’re not consultants, we’re not attorney’s, we’re not accountants or bookkeepers. We are a grass-roots small business ourselves, with a plan to put our knowledge and training to work to help you do better, be better, fix and grow your business. We have collectively worked in operations, sales, product management, and project management for over 30 years in the corporate world. We understand how to take what we have learned at a corporate level and scale it down to help the smaller segment of business owners who struggle to keep up with processes and systems to stay ahead of the curve. The bottom line is we’re just a couple of guys who know what tools you need to take your small-to-medium sized business to it’s next level.

Let us explain why it’s not…and why we don’t call ourselves consultants. Consultants want your money up front, regardless of the product they deliver. They’ll tell you about all the plans they have to put you on the right track while they burn through the retainer they collected from you when you signed up and at the end of the engagement provide you with a PowerPoint of how much more money you need to spend to earn more. Who’s got time to look at a PowerPoint?
That’s not our model…we work off of a shared success business model, and we don’t get paid until we help you save or grow. We have different service offerings that are tailored to your specific situation, we will create metrics that help us both understand where your business is today and where you expect it to be “tomorrow”, and after an agreed upon period of time we will track these metrics to review the progress your business has made. If we have hit our targets and made positive progress towards your goals, we share in a percentage of what we have either saved or helped you earn additionally. If we weren’t able to show any progress, you owe us nothing.

It’s exactly what it sounds like…we’re two guys who want more for ourselves and these are the skills we have to help ourselves and help you thrive in a competitive world. “Help us help you” is our mantra, shared success is our model, and we’re confident that we know how to help you achieve your goals. If you do well, we do well, and we ask that you help us share your success by recommending us to your friends and colleagues who may be in a similar situation.
No, we don’t work for free. But we’re confident in our skillset and trust that if you put your trust in us to help you grow your business, we’ll be there to share in your success with you. There are no hidden fees, no gimmicks or tricks. Our pricing structure and shared success percentage will be clearly laid out and agreed upon at the beginning of our engagement, not after.
