Meet The Resolvers

Victor

Victor is a business leader with a proven track record of success in multiple industries and with companies of varying sizes. He has successfully developed and executed global programs in the medical device, semiconductor manufacturing, and CPG industries. His leadership of cross-functional teams span the gamut from small startups to large multinational corporations and he has been very successful in leading a wide range of teams and organizational capabilities to high levels of achievement.

His specialty lies in creative problem solving and business growth. He has grown businesses from $0 to $30M in revenue per year, and from $40M to $150M in revenue per year. He understands the ins and outs of businesses of different sizes from inventory and logistics planning to sales, pricing, and product strategy.

Victor holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware, with a minor in Mathematical Sciences and a concentration in Orthopedic Biomechanics.

Jason

Jason is an experienced operations leader with a demonstrated history of working in the Information Technology and Services industry. In his 20 years of Business Management experience he has maintained a career in Corporate IT and Service Management, but his true passion has been in the opportunities he’s had to transform small businesses from “waiting for the next phone call” to sustained profitability, scaled production and increasing headcount to keep up with demand.

He is Skilled in Operations Management, IT Service Management, Contact Centers, and Business Development. He has experience helping business owners in varying industries, including Healthcare/Therapeutics, Manufacturing, General Contracting, Construction, Landscaping, Restaurants, and other service related industries.
